Construction: Microfiber Wholesale's Microfiber Wall Wash Mop Pad is a shortened version of the popular microfiber wet mop pad. The smaller design allows for easier vertical and overhead maneuverability. The lint free mop pad is constructed from looped polyester / polyamide blend microfiber yarn and looped polyester. The microfiber face yarn is sewn to a hook and loop style backing with overlock stitching on the edges.
Uses: Microfiber Wall Wash Mop Pads are great for cleaning walls, ceilings, restrooms, or any other hard to reach area. These microfiber mop pads are preferred by housekeeping professionals for cleaning hotel guest rooms. They can also be used in healthcare applications in patient rooms that are crowded with furniture and equipment. The smaller size of the microfiber wall wash mop pad makes them ideal for cleaning areas like walls and ceilings which put the user in awkward positions. A larger pad would be much harder to move across a wall or ceiling since the microfibers actually grab the surface it’s cleaning. This makes the microfiber wall wash mop pad great for disinfecting an entire patient room in a hospital, preparing sanded walls and ceilings for paint, and many other applications.
Method: Our Microfiber Wall Wash Mop Pads are designed to be used wet but they also do a good job when used dry as a duster. If wet mopping is needed they work great with just warm water but, for certain applications you may want to use them with chemical cleaners or disinfectants. Depending on the size of the job and the amount of mop pads you intend to use, you can simply wet the mop pad in the sink or you may need to use a mop bucket. You want the wet mop pad damp, not a dripping, so wring it out. If cleaning walls or ceiling, work the mop back and forth in a systematic way to ensure complete coverage. Be conscience of the awkward positioning of your body to help prevent neck and back injuries. If mopping the floor work backwards through the room while moving the mop side to side, twist the handle to turn the mop, almost in a figure eight motion, so the same edge of the mop is always in front. This will prevent dust and dirt from being left behind.
